Acne information focus

 

Acne is a dreaded skin problem that causes the formation of black comdones or across the face. Sometimes also includes the nearby regions, i.e., neck, chest and back. This event is most commonly seen in just-post-puberty people. Sometimes, acne also affects women just before your cycle begins. Acne is classified into three major sub-conditions (i) mild, (ii) moderate and (iii) severe. 

(i) this mild acne is characterized by simple or black comdones by the entire face. Although they seem terrible, not much damage if one is affected by the condition of acne. For the treatment, doctors usually recommend topical application of anti-bacterial drugs, especially third-generation retinoid. Previously, simple mind antibiotics would suffice, however, because the bacteria have built a resistance to most drugs, third generation ammunition is used against even mild acne.

(ii) Moderate to moderate acne, the black break the walls of the hair follicle where they are located and cause the body to react to it. Thus pus filled pustules are formed, which will look ungainly, and are painful. There are many courses of treatment for this condition, the most common of which is a systemic chemotherapy. This arrests the spread of acne and verifies the body’s inflammatory reaction. Regular strength as tetracycline antibiotics are recommended here. This treatment is complemented by retinoid (taken orally) and hormonal therapy. 

(iii) Severe acne when acne is severe, the infection area is large and there is possibility of scarring. When this condition occurs the pustules are large and ugly. They spread uncontrollably throughout the face and often even spread to the neck and back. They are extremely painful and unaesthetic. The treatment for this condition it is first to stop the spread, and secondly to avoid scarring. The most common treatment for this condition is isotretinoin, which controls most of the time the acne immediately. Although this drug has the potential for many side effects, is used because it is highly effective in treating this condition. 

Why is it so harmful acne? 

As mentioned above, acne occurs in young people, in an age where they like to do an impression of the opposite sex and this condition greatly interferes with this plan. At this stage, the acne does not only look bad, is also very painful. When he is limited to black and can easily be treated, do not leave a strong impact also on the mind. However, if the acne can be seen in moderate or severe conditions, it is more often than not accompanied by severe depression. Unfortunately, the real cause of acne has not yet been identified, although some factors that aggravate the condition have been identified. It is believed that the hormones that the way into his own time in puberty plays a very important role in the increased production of sebum that is the root of acne formation. To some extent, genetics and androgens play an important role in the formation of acne as well.
